What to expect
- No published response time. Promising one before there is a process behind it would be a promise nobody is keeping.
- Your records are yours. You can export them at any time, including after cancelling.
- Security reports are welcome. See the repository's security notes.
What this does not do
Said here rather than discovered later.
- Lease generation. Drafting a lease is restricted and is not sold on any plan.
- Tenant screening, credit and background checks. Not available.
- Online rent collection. No money moves through this product.
- Electronic signatures. Not available.
- Legal or tax advice. The product records what you tell it and reports it back.

- Team access. Additional users in one workspace cannot be invited yet; members can be listed but not added. Not sold on any plan.
- Multiple owners in one workspace. Owner records can be listed but not created yet.
- Portfolio-wide consolidated reporting across properties.
- Off-host backups.
